By downloading, accessing, or using Weather Dress, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
License
Weather Dress grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal use in accordance with these terms.
Weather and Outfit Guidance
Weather Dress provides everyday weather-dress suggestions. It does not replace official weather alerts, safety guidance, medical advice, or professional judgment. For severe weather, outdoor activity, or special circumstances, follow local official sources and your own safety needs.
Accounts and Security
You are responsible for activity associated with your account or device identity and for keeping access to your email and devices secure.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid features, if any, are billed through the relevant platform. Renewal, cancellation, refund, and trial policies follow platform rules.
User Content and AI Results
You should only upload avatars, reference photos, and feedback you have the right to use. AI outfit images may be inaccurate or stylistically imperfect; the app works to keep them aligned with the weather prescription but cannot guarantee every result will meet expectations.
Limitation of Liability
Weather Dress is provided on an as-is basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from app use.
