Common Questions

These notes reflect the current Weather Dress experience so users and App Store Review can understand the support surface quickly.

What if the weather source is wrong? Open Profile city settings, search for the right city, and set it as default. Mira uses the default city weather snapshot for today prescriptions; IP detection is only a fallback.
What if AI Look does not match the prescription? AI Look is a visual expression of the prescription. If it fails or looks inconsistent, regenerate it or use feedback to tell us it is too cold, too warm, too formal, or looks good.
How do I manage account, email, or deletion? Use Profile account and security entries to edit your account, bind email, sign in by email, or recover access. Account deletion is available at the bottom of the account edit page.
Can notifications and widgets be turned off? Yes. Notification preferences can be managed in the app or system settings. Widgets read the most recent Today data and do not require separate configuration.
Where are the privacy policy and terms? Read the Privacy Policy and EULA. They are also visible from Support & Legal in the app Profile.
